- Meditate for 10 minutes
- Fix lunch
- Eat breakfast with tea
- Write short morning journal
- Shower
- Go to work
Evening
- Starting at XX:XX PM
- List things needed to be prepared for next early morning
- Finish as many as possible from above list
- Meditate for 15 minutes
- Write short evening journal
- Brush teeth
- Go to bed and read a boring book till feeling asleep
